You may exchange or return certain items. You may return or exchange your unworn or unused purchase in its original condition within 10 days of the shipment date. You must request an RMA number from our RMA Request Page. If your item is to be exchanged, please provide us with the description and item number that you would like in exchange. We will e-mail you with an exchange/return authorization code along with instructions for sending back your merchandise. We are not responsible for items that are not received by us. Your exchange/return must be received by us within 10 days from when your exchange/return authorization number was issued. Shipping cost is not refundable. Please allow five to seven business days for exchanges/returns to be processed. Final sale items are not exchangeable or returnable. Due to sanitary concerns, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on earrings. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges and returns due to excessive patterns in returning or exchanging merchandise.
